About the event
In this class, I will be introducing big flavors to vegan and vegetarian cooking and baking. My whole aim is to show that this kind of cooking is not difficult, it's just not usually shown in the MSM. I want people to think yeah, it really seems quite easy, and make the threshold to a different kind of cooking a little bit lower and easier of a barrier to cross.Â
This week we will be addressing: BREAD-we will make rolls, salty crackers and "bready" kinds of things, without yeast and gluten. I will share all my tricks, tips and ingredients I use. We will also make homemade Hummus w/o the use of sesame seeds. The recipes used during class, will be provided to the audience.
