About the event
In this class, I will be introducing big flavors to vegan and vegetarian cooking and baking. My whole aim is to show that this kind of cooking is not difficult, it's just not usually shown in the MSM. I want people to think yeah, it really seems quite easy, and make the threshold to a different kind of cooking a little bit lower and easier of a barrier to cross.
In this class we will be making: chickpea patties, cauliflower steaks, vegan "ground beef," vegan cream cheese, vegan nice cream with added protein and clean washing detergent for clothes, scrubbing powder and mirror and window cleaner.
**The recipes used during class, will be provided to the audience.
