About the event
In this series of classes, I will be introducing big flavors to vegan and vegetarian cooking and baking. I wish to share clean & healthy, yet delicious, foods without meat, soy, dairy, wheat, barley, rye or gelatin. My whole aim is to show that this kind of cooking is not difficult, it's just not usually shown in the MSM. I want people to think "yeah, it really seems quite easy," and my hope is to make the threshold to a different kind of cooking a little bit lower and easier of a barrier to cross.
This class is all about Sprouts and Mini Greens, which are basically super foods. I will show you how to sprout your sprouts and how to grow your mini greens. I will also share with you different ways to use these sprouts and mini greens in your cooking, salads and sandwiches and I will provide a recipe for a delicious avocado dressing I love to use.
