Living life joyfully comes from living life with authenticity, integrity and personal truth. When thoughts, words and actions are in alignment with one’s true self, one is living in harmony with oneself, thus living their Harmonic C.

Joy is the canvas, the road and the destination.

This two part series will begin with examining how much joy you currently have

and what roadblocks may be in the way of cultivating more joy in your life. After

some time in self observation, reflection and contemplation, noting and/or

journaling what is being discovered, I will then lead participants through the

creation of a personal blueprint to cultivating more joy!
