Humanity Won: The Number 17, the 3D/5D Split & What Comes Next
There are moments when you can feel that something has changed before you can fully explain what it is.
The outside world may still look familiar.
The people around you may still be doing many of the same things.
But inside yourself, something feels different.
You may feel less willing to participate in old patterns.
Less interested in arguing.
Less willing to give your energy away.
You may even find that certain relationships, situations, or ways of thinking simply do not fit the way they once did.
Richard and I have been talking about this for a while, and in our newest conversation, we came back to one message again and again:
Humanity won.
Not because everything suddenly became perfect.
Not because there is nothing left to heal.
But because something important has already shifted.
And now you are learning how to live from the other side of that shift.
Humanity Is One

One of the first things Richard said in our conversation was:
We are one.
And I think that is something you are going to hear more and more as we move forward.
You did not get here alone.
The collective movement that has been happening has required people to begin waking up, healing, questioning old systems, trusting themselves, and choosing differently.
You may not always feel like your individual choices matter.
But they do.
Every time you stop feeding fear, you change something.
Every time you forgive, you change something.
Every time you stop abandoning yourself just to keep someone else comfortable, you change something.
Every time you choose love without giving away your sovereignty, you change something.
That is part of how humanity moves together.
Richard said something I loved:
Be proud of yourself.
Dance louder.
Paint messier.
Celebrate.
Because maybe we have spent so much time preparing for change that we forgot to acknowledge when the change actually begins.
Why the Number 17 Keeps Coming Up

The number 17 became an important part of our conversation.
Richard had recently come across a message connecting 17 with manifestation, and it immediately got his attention.
For him, manifestation is not simply thinking about something you want.
It is feeling into it.
What does the life you want actually feel like?
What does freedom feel like?
What does peace feel like?
What does abundance feel like?
What does your future feel like when you stop trying to create it entirely from your mind and begin experiencing it from your heart?
I shared that the idea of 17 seconds of focused thought had come into my awareness years ago through Abraham Hicks.
The idea is simple:
Hold the intention.
Feel it.
Then release it.
And begin paying attention to what comes next.
We make manifestation complicated because we think we have to control everything.
You do not.
Sometimes your work is simply to become clear about what you want, hold the frequency long enough to feel it, and then allow yourself to move when the signs appear.
What Are You Holding for 17 Seconds?

Try this.
For 17 seconds, stop thinking about what is wrong.
Stop thinking about what has not happened yet.
Stop thinking about the person who disappointed you.
Stop thinking about what you are afraid will happen.
Instead, hold one thought that represents where you are going.
Maybe it is:
I am free.
Maybe:
I am safe in my own energy.
Maybe:
I trust myself.
Maybe:
I am ready for the life I am creating.
Feel it instead of analyzing it.
You do not have to force yourself into some enormous spiritual experience.
Just give yourself 17 seconds without feeding the old story.
Sometimes that is enough to interrupt a pattern.
The Interference Before the Split

One of the more intense parts of our conversation was about what I perceived as interference before the separation between 3D and 5D became stronger.
From my perspective, I saw a large ancient energetic presence interfering with ley lines and with certain soul-family relationships.
I watched situations become much more dramatic than they seemed like they should have been.
People who normally could have worked something out suddenly became divided.
Scapegoats were created.
Groups turned against one person.
Relationships were distorted.
Richard had also been hearing about similar experiences through people he had spoken with privately.
His tarot reading around this energy showed strategy, emotional depletion, sorrow, division, and an attempt to hold onto something that was already changing.
Whether you experience that literally, energetically, symbolically, or simply as a way of understanding a very intense period of collective conflict, there is something important underneath it:
Do not keep carrying the distortion after the moment has passed.
Forgiveness Does Not Mean Going Back

This is where forgiveness becomes so important.
If you felt attacked, abandoned, misunderstood, betrayed, or made into the problem during this period, you do not have to pretend it did not hurt.
You do not have to say that what happened was okay.
And you do not have to return to the same relationship just because you have forgiven someone.
That is an old understanding of forgiveness.
Real forgiveness is when the experience no longer owns your energy.
You can remember something without reliving it.
You can understand what happened without needing revenge.
You can release someone without inviting them back into the same place in your life.
Richard put it beautifully when we talked about the difference between forgiving and staying emotionally attached to the memory.
You move on.
You let the hook come out.
And you allow yourself to continue growing.
You Are Your Main Project
This is one of the most important parts of 5D consciousness for me.
You are your project.
Not everybody else.
You can love people.
You can help people.
You can spend time with people.
You can appreciate what they bring into your life.
But you are not here to constantly monitor, rescue, fix, carry, or manage everyone around you.
You are here to work on yourself.
To understand your own energy.
To heal your own wounds.
To recognize your own patterns.
To strengthen your own relationship with Source.
To become sovereign.
That does not make you selfish.
It makes you responsible for the one life you actually have authority over.
Yours.
Let the Butterfly Leave
Richard used an image during the conversation that I think explains this perfectly.
Imagine a butterfly lands on you.
You appreciate it.
You notice its beauty.
You enjoy the moment.
But when the butterfly is ready to leave, you let it go.
You do not grab it.
You do not glue it to yourself.
You do not collapse because it flew away.
Some relationships are like that.
Some chapters are like that.
Some versions of yourself are like that.
They were beautiful.
They mattered.
They taught you something.
And then they were complete.
Freedom sometimes looks like allowing something beautiful to leave.
Call Your Energy Back Home

As the distance between these different ways of experiencing reality grows, sovereignty becomes increasingly important.
You cannot keep giving your energy away to things you are trying to leave behind.
You cannot keep saying you want peace while feeding yourself fear all day.
You cannot keep saying you want freedom while making yourself responsible for everyone else's journey.
At some point, you have to bring your energy back home.
Back into your body.
Back into your choices.
Back into your healing.
Back into your future.
You can love someone and allow them their own path.
You can care about humanity without absorbing every problem on Earth.
You can support someone without carrying them.
Call your energy back to yourself.
Richard’s Message Through Music

Richard also shared something fascinating that has been happening to him.
He has been waking up with songs repeating in his mind over and over again until he recognizes what he feels is the message underneath them.
Recently, two phrases kept coming through.
One was:
Back to life. Back to reality.
The other:
Please don’t go.
Richard interpreted the first as a message about returning to life in a new frequency.
And the second felt, to him, like the old 3D reality asking people not to leave.
For Richard, music has become one of the ways information comes through.
And what I love about this is that your own intuition may communicate very differently.
You may receive things through dreams.
Numbers.
Songs.
Images.
A sentence that keeps repeating.
A feeling you cannot shake.
A sudden knowing.
The point is not that everyone has to receive information the same way.
The point is learning to recognize how you receive it. transcript (11)
What Is Trying to Keep You in the Old Reality?

Maybe your version of “please don’t go” is not a song.
Maybe it is guilt.
Maybe it is a relationship.
Maybe it is fear of disappointing someone.
Maybe it is the belief that you cannot change because other people still remember who you used to be.
Maybe it is an old wound telling you that freedom is unsafe.
Maybe it is your own mind trying to pull you back into something familiar simply because familiar feels easier than unknown.
Ask yourself:
What am I still feeding that I already know I am ready to leave?
You do not have to fight it.
You simply stop giving it all of your energy.
Your Body May Be Asking for Your Attention Too

Richard and I also talked about how many people have been noticing emotional and physical changes during this period.
Within our spiritual framework, we often experience these moments as part of clearing old patterns, memories, and unresolved material.
But whatever meaning you give those sensations, listen to your body.
Be gentle with yourself.
Do not use spirituality as a reason to ignore what your body is telling you.
If something physical is persistent, severe, or concerning, get the appropriate medical support.
Your spiritual work and caring for your physical body do not have to compete with each other.
Some of What Is Surfacing Is Very Old
You may find that what is coming up now does not seem connected to what happened yesterday.
It may feel much older.
An inner-child wound.
A family pattern.
Something you have avoided forgiving.
A fear that has followed you through multiple chapters of your life.
A behavior you know no longer serves you.
Do not shame yourself because it came back.
Look at it.
Love the part of you that learned to survive that way.
And decide whether you still need the pattern.
Richard suggested something beautifully simple:
Look into your own eyes.
Hold yourself.
For 17 seconds, say:
I love you.
Not your appearance.
Not what you achieved.
Not whether you got everything right.
You.
New Relationships Require New Frequencies

As you change, the people you naturally feel comfortable around may change too.
That does not mean one person is better than another.
It means resonance changes.
You may begin feeling drawn toward people who can meet you differently.
People who understand boundaries.
People who can hold a different perspective without attacking yours.
People who have done enough of their own healing that you do not have to shrink in order to remain connected.
Sometimes growth changes your relationships.
Let it.
You do not have to drag every relationship into the next chapter.
The Message From the Cards

At the end of our conversation, Richard asked the cards what message Source had for humanity.
The reading began with abundance and fulfillment.
The Ten of Pentacles.
The Nine of Cups.
Then came the breaking down of external conflict.
The Moon brought mystery, intuition, and things still being revealed.
The Knight of Cups brought emotional restoration.
The Three of Pentacles pointed toward a new way of collaborating—with one another, with your higher self, with Gaia, and with creation.
And the reading eventually came back to sovereignty.
The Nine of Pentacles.
Self-made.
Independent.
Standing in your own energy.
Richard's message was clear:
We are not here to remain stuck.
We are learning how to collaborate from a place of wholeness instead of dependency.
Humanity Won — Now Live Like It

Maybe this is the real transition.
Not waiting for one dramatic moment when everything changes outside of you.
But realizing the change has already begun inside you.
You are learning not to feed what drains you.
You are learning to forgive without abandoning your boundaries.
You are learning to let people have their own journey.
You are learning to trust your intuition.
You are learning to bring your energy back to yourself.
You are learning to become sovereign.
And you are learning that unity does not mean everybody has to be identical.
Unity means you can stand fully in yourself and still recognize that you are connected to everyone else.
At the end of the conversation, Richard said it simply:
We are one. No more divide. Unity.
So maybe today, give yourself 17 seconds.
Hold the reality you want to live in.
Feel it.
Love yourself.
Release what is complete.
And then take the next step.
Humanity won.
Now you get to learn how to live like it.
