Lost History Q&A: Source, Human Origins & the Hidden Architecture of Earth

In this installment of our Lost History series, Crystal and I sat down to answer some of your biggest questions about Source, human origins, soul technology, the dome and ice wall, Earth’s geography, and where we’re actually headed next.

For now, here’s a written walkthrough of what we covered in this Q&A.

How Did Prime Creator / Source Come About?

When I tuned into this a few years ago, what I received was not the typical “one big guy in the sky” version.

• Think of us as cells inside the body of Source.

• We contain Source within us and we also exist within Source.

• Reality is a macrocosm–microcosm pattern. Everything repeats at different scales.

I was shown a structure of “12” sources in this sector—almost like 12 Source “beings” or central consciousness hubs. But that’s still not the end of it, because:

Everything is infinite consciousness. Source keeps expanding as we do.

As our individual consciousness grows, we send those experiences back into Source, expanding it.

The dragons I often talk about are a good example: they came here from another universe, connected to a different Source. They essentially “broke in.” So there are multiple Sources, multiple universes, and yet it’s all part of one infinite field.

When Did Humans Arrive — and Who Was First?

Science has given us a lineup of hominids with names like Cro-Magnon and Neanderthal. Energetically, I don’t get that story as presented.

• The first beings you could call “human” here were actually Titans — enormous, towering humanoids.

• After them, everyone got progressively smaller because their size was not sustainable for this planet.

• Cro-Magnon, as science describes it, feels more like:

  • a giant form, or

  • in some cases, a Sasquatch-type being that was misidentified.

I also get that a lot of the hominid narrative was made up or heavily distorted to fit a desired timeline.

So:👉 We were essentially introduced in a very advanced form, and then degraded and distorted over time.

Were We Engineered by the Anunnaki?

Short version: our original template was pure and beautiful—and then it was tampered with, especially during Atlantis.

• We started as 12-strand DNA beings.

• During Atlantis, there were massive genetic experiments, including:

  • cross-breeding with giants

  • lab-based hybridization rather than literal “Nephilim coming down and mating with women”

• Human beings at that time were somewhat taller than the average modern human, but not anywhere near giant height.

• There were also pygmies and very small humans—a wide range of sizes and types.

So, yes, there was genetic manipulation, but it was more lab-based, tech-heavy and complex than the myth makes it sound.

Adam, Eve, Cain & Abel: Did They Really Exist?

Adam and Eve, as presented in the Bible, were not the first humans.

• That story feels more like an astral-plane creation myth than a literal Earth origin.

• Earth itself was created as a sort of paradise classroom: a place where different species could come together, learn, and coexist.

• That intention was hijacked by polarity and distortion.

Cain and Abel, energetically, are more of a symbolic teaching:

• They represent duality—good/evil, positive/negative.

• The story is an illustration of the game of polarity being played out here, rather than a detailed historical account.

Bigfoot, Neanderthals & Interdimensional Beings

Question: Did Neanderthals become Bigfoot? How did Bigfoot escape DNA tampering?

• I don’t get that Neanderthals became Bigfoot.

• However, what science calls a “Neanderthal skeleton” could easily be a Sasquatch/Bigfoot skeleton.

• Bigfoot is interdimensional:

  • They can move through portals.

  • They slip in and out of our reality, similar to elementals like fairies, pixies, or druids.

• Because of this, they’re rarely caught.If they were ever captured in the past, that information was likely hidden or suppressed.

RH Factor & Anunnaki Bloodlines

The RH factor is connected to the Anunnaki bloodline.

• Through continuous hybridization and experiments, Anunnaki genetics were merged into humanity.

• The pure Anunnaki line doesn’t really exist here anymore—only hybrids remain.

• RH factor shows up as:

  • slightly heightened awareness or sensitivity,

  • a body template that can make it easier for spiritual gifts to come through.

At this stage, it’s not something to fear—it’s actually a useful vessel for certain incarnating souls.

Native Americans, Tartarians & Suppressed Lineages

We were asked where Native Americans / First Nations people came from, and how they fit into the bigger story.

Here’s what I receive:

• They are among the closest to the original human template, with more intact DNA.

• They chose to remain in nature, away from heavy tech.

• They could have been accepted into various older societies and walked among them, but many chose a more natural path.

• A lot of people with dark skin in the Americas were actually Native, not imported, even though they were later enslaved.

• Many of these lineages were tied to Tartarian bloodlines:

  • They had immense wealth and knowledge.

  • They were suppressed and rewritten out of history because of their more original DNA.

The good news:We’re currently in a cycle where everyone’s original DNA is being restored via light codes and frequency shifts.

Cabbage Patch / Incubator Babies & Soul Fracturing

We’ve talked before about “cabbage patch” or incubator babies—beings grown artificially to repopulate after cataclysms.

• These were lab-grown babies, created in large numbers in underground facilities.

• Souls used for these bodies often had only a fraction of a soul placed into them.

What I see:

• A round glass-like container used to trap souls at the moment of death.

• The soul was then shattered or fragmented—like a glass being blasted—and small pieces distributed into multiple artificially grown bodies.

• This was sometimes done:

  • after the mud flood,

  • to people dying in cataclysms,

  • to those in asylums or other controlled environments.

It was a deeply traumatic and invasive practice, and it ties into the larger agenda of keeping humans disconnected, programmable, and easier to control.

DNA Strands Inside vs. Outside the Ice Wall

Inside our current zone (where we live now):

• Most humans were reduced to 2 active strands of DNA.

• The other strands weren’t removed; they were pulled out in pieces, scattered, and dormant.

• Light codes are now reassembling those strands, and we’re slowly learning to use them again.

Outside the ice wall, in the outer ring:

• Many beings operating in service to the elites were functioning at about 6 active strands, but still significantly dumbed down compared to the original 12.

We were essentially treated as “cattle” in this central ring, with minimal DNA online—hence the extreme control systems here.

How Will We Remember Who We Are?

Will we suddenly remember everything, or will it come in slowly?

What I see is a form of accelerating remembering:

• At first, it comes as small truths, realizations, and puzzle pieces.

• Over time, the pace increases until you may be integrating 5–10 significant insights a day.

• Most people will need to pause periodically, unplug from the noise, and just absorb and integrate.

You’ll remember the things that matter to your soul template most clearly:

• If you are an angelic soul, you’ll recall more about the angelic realm.

• If you’re a Titan soul, you’ll remember Titan history.

• You’ll gain general knowledge of Earth, the multiverse, and other beings—but your own lineage will come with extra detail and clarity.

Birth Pain & the Medical System

The question was: Who was responsible for women having pain in childbirth, and will that change?

What I get:

• Yes, childbirth can become almost pain-free in the future.

• The current medical system—its models, beliefs, and fear-based conditioning—has massively amplified suffering.

• There’s also a lot of profit tied to birth interventions, which reinforces those patterns.

As consciousness shifts, so will our understanding of birth, bodies, and pain.

Breatharianism & Living on Prana

Is it real? Yes, for some beings.

• I feel many “true” breatharians are ET souls very deeply integrated with the human body.

• For most humans, the path will be:

  • eating much less over time, and

  • shifting primarily toward fruit and some nuts.

Plants actually want us to eat fruit—fruit is designed to be shared; that’s how seeds travel. Other foods are not as thrilled to be eaten.

The Tartarians were mostly fruit-based in their diet, including things like breadfruit and chestnuts (which can be turned into flour and more substantial food).

What Did Ancient Civilizations Really Know About the Stars?

Beyond astrology, advanced civilizations did know that not all “gods” were gods some were ETs.

But:

• They didn’t know all of the ET races; there are simply too many.

• The ET soul group is enormous.

• Many beings live:

  • in Inner Earth,

  • in the oceans,

  • in the plasma layers of the sky.

Every planet is essentially a soul playing the role of a planetary body. Each world is its own matrix environment.

Earth was particularly intense—“the hard mode matrix”—where beings often forgot they were in a matrix at all.

Kings, Queens & Hierarchy

The whole concept of kings, queens, and strict hierarchy:

• Emerged from 3D consciousness and control patterns.

• Was reinforced across the universe in various ways, but it’s not needed anymore.

• As we move out of 3D, the king/queen archetype will dissolve. People are over hierarchical dominance; they want collaboration.

What Happens When We Die?

Typically:

1. The soul leaves the body and hangs around for a bit.

2. Many souls attend their own funerals and watch over loved ones.

3. They may feel some of the grief and confusion along with their family at first.

4. Then, angels/ guides escort them into a higher-dimensional space.

5. They go through a life review, resolving trauma and experiences from that incarnation.

6. Afterward, they may:

   • reincarnate,

   • explore without a body for a while, or

   • choose an entirely different type of incarnation.

The timing of reincarnation is not fixed; it’s up to the soul.

Were Cavemen Real? And What About Cave Paintings?

The popular image of “primitive cavemen” is mostly fabricated.

• There may have been a few such groups, but they were not the dominant phase of human history.

• Some skeletons labeled as “cavemen” feel closer to Sasquatch-type beings.

• Cave paintings:

  • Some are very real, especially those showing humans with ETs or strange beings.

  • Others were created to fit a narrative of primitive early humans and don’t feel authentic.

• Nomadic groups like indigenous peoples did create genuine cave art as part of their travels and ceremonies.

The Dome, Ice Wall & “Cattle Pen” Earth

Many of you asked about the dome and the ice wall.

What I see:

• The dome was originally an ice dome forming a half-sphere over our central region.

• Inside the ice wall was essentially a corral:

  • We were emotionally manipulated,

  • our energy was harvested,

  • and chaos was deliberately created.

• This central area became known as the “icky ranch”—the densest, most controlled part of Earth.

Beyond the ice wall:

• There are other lands and rings, including:

  • Extensive Tartarian architecture,

  • large animals still living,

  • active ET presence, and

  • what I’ve seen as a large silver docking disc used as a station.

We’re now under more of a frequency dome rather than a literal ice dome, and the ice wall is dissolving.

Can We Escape the Dome by Submarine?

Someone asked if you could bypass the dome by going deep under the ocean in a submarine.

• In the past, it really wasn’t accessible that way.

• Now, as the ice wall and restrictions loosen, there is more potential for access.

• But honestly, from what I feel, it’s not worth forcing or risking. The natural opening of access—including contact with beings beyond the wall—is already underway.

I get a sense that by around 2027, we’ll be in a very different situation regarding movement, contact, and transparency.

Is the Earth Flat, Round, or Something Else?

We’re not living on a simple “ball in space” or a cartoonishly flat disc.

What I’m shown:

• Earth is part of a toroidal field (a donut-like energy structure).

• There’s a firmament above us, which is plasma, not empty space.

• The dome we’ve talked about covered the central rings up to a certain edge.

• Mars and other “planets” are beings held within the plasma of the firmament, not far away floating tennis balls in a vacuum.

Space is not empty. It’s thick plasma, almost like a very subtle, dense medium.

Earth’s Age, New Earth & Gaia’s Name

Earth as a soul:

• Was created partly in response to the Orion Wars, as a place where different species could finally learn to get along.

• That plan was hijacked, and Earth was captured and pulled down into a very dense experience.

• The “New Earth” is not a different planet, but:

  • the same soul with more of her fractals re-integrated,

  • ascending and becoming more conscious.

Right now, I get that about half of Gaia’s fractals are inside her, which is how she successfully ascended.

She likes being called Gaia at the moment. A future name may emerge that feels like a softer variant of “Terra,” but it hasn’t fully landed yet.

Sahara, Sand & Earth’s Fluids

How did the Sahara become desert? And why is sand so uniform?

• The Sahara used to be lush and green.

• Negative ET groups used a technology similar to what caused the mud floods, but tuned differently—more like fracturing than liquefaction.

• Some sand is from that type of event; some is from ongoing ocean grinding:

  • Seashells, coral, and rocks breaking down over long periods.

Is oil really fossil-based?

No. Oil behaves like the lymphatic system of Mother Earth:

• It’s part of her fluid system, like our lymph is to us.

• Water is like her blood.

• Oil is much more plentiful than we’re told, and not simply compressed dinosaur juice.

Parasites, Deserts & Periwinkle Skies

• Parasites were engineered as another way to keep humans and animals exhausted and degraded, especially around the time DNA was being distorted.

• Deserts will green again:

  • I see many of them transforming over the next 20–30 years.

  • Some pockets will remain dry by choice or design, but with more life and greenery than now.

• Periwinkle skies and a softer light:

  • I feel this emerging more clearly once ET contact is openly acknowledged.

  • The harsh, blinding white sun is not how it’s meant to be long-term.

  • I’ve been shown a longer “day” (around 40 hours) with lighter, less intense sunlight and a short period of twilight.

Great Lakes, Glaciation & Landmasses

On the Great Lakes and glacial stories:

• There was a genuine ice age, so some of the glaciation story is true.

• However, the basins of the Great Lakes feel like they were already there, with water also rising from within the Earth, not just from melting glaciers.

On continental breakup:

• The continents are more connected beneath the surface than current maps suggest.

• I see Earth as largely one underlying landmass, separated more by water and story than by true planetary fragmentation.

• This is part of why future train/transport systems across large distances will be so effective.

Dolores Cannon, Yugas & the Earth “Split”

Many of you referenced Dolores Cannon’s work and the idea of Earth splitting into two: a 3D and a 5D Earth.

From what I get:

• The “split” is not a literal planetary split, but a multi-dimensional one.

• It already happened, around the end of 2024.

• Some people you know who seem surprisingly “still here” may actually be more aligned with the 3D Earth; you’re now interacting more with their holographic echo or parallel version.

• The 3D and 4D levels have been removed from this universe’s primary operating system.

• We’re now clearing our own internal 3D programming, but we can’t truly go back.

The Yugas and long cycles were like embedded maps and clues for us—time markers to help awakened humans realize, “Oh, this era is ending; something new is beginning.”

Dams, Animals & Our Relationship With Nature

Will big dams come down?

• Yes, gradually. One at a time.

• Rivers are like Gaia’s veins, and she’s not happy about them being blocked.

• In the long run, water will return to a more natural flow, and most large cement blocks that interfere with her systems will be removed or repurposed.

What about cruelty to animals and industrial farming?

If you are surrounded by cattle and struggling with the cruelty you see:

• Remember that animals have soul contracts, too—even those in painful systems.

• That doesn’t mean you’re wrong to be upset; your empathy is a signal of your role.

• You may be here to:

  • help build sanctuaries,

  • transition people to more ethical ways of living, and

  • gently shift the collective away from heavy meat consumption.

I don’t see us eating much meat in the future.We’ll move toward fruit, nuts, and lighter foods, with transitional systems like small-scale dairy and eggs along the way.

Stone Circles, Pyramids & Hidden Tech

Stone circles in Ireland, Wales, England (e.g., Stonehenge and others):

• Built primarily by druids and elemental beings.

• Functioned as portals—doorways to other parts of Earth and beyond.

• These structures exist:

  • within our current dome area,

  • beyond the ice wall, and

  • even connected to Inner Earth.

Sites like Puma Punku, Tiwanaku, Sacsayhuamán & Machu Picchu:

• Much older than mainstream history claims (tens of thousands of years in some cases).

• Often connected to ET activity, communication systems, and frequency technologies.

• Stones were formed and moved via sound and frequency, temporarily making rock behave almost like soft marshmallow, then re-solidifying.

Gulf of America lost landmass:

• I do get the sense of a major structure or master pyramid that was destroyed by a massive energetic event, not a simple asteroid impact.

• This ties into earlier resets and the melted architecture we find scattered across the Americas.

India, Gurus & Yeshua in Different Stories

• Mount Kailash is indeed an energetic pyramid, acting like a reflector or amplifier:

  • People aligned with their true path may experience accelerated blessings (like sudden fertility).

  • Those out of alignment may experience rapid aging or intensity.

• India’s long tradition of gurus:

  • Started partly as a cultural pattern, akin to priests in other regions.

  • Some gurus were and are genuine; others were installed or influenced to distract and control.

• Stories of Lord Rama and Lord Krishna:

  • Feel like alternate versions or retellings of the same core being we know as Yeshua.

  • Different cultures gave this being different names and mythic layers.
