Breaking Your Quantum Loop: Why You’re Stuck in the Same Cycle
Each time you break a pattern, you interrupt the old quantum loop.
And your frequency rises.
You may already be doing this without completely realizing it.
Now is the time to become more aware of what you are doing and to really dig into healing different things or changing different habits.
What a Quantum Loop Can Look Like

When you are quantum entangled with a person, a habit, or something going on outside of you, it can feel like a loop of being stuck.
That is what you are breaking right now.
It may involve forgiving someone who has had a big hold over your life.
It may even affect your health without you fully realizing it.
This can be connected to a parent, someone you had a deep relationship with, a teacher who embarrassed you, or a bully.
If you have not forgiven them, Honey’s message is that the quantum entanglement can still be attached.
Forgiveness and Release Matter

This is about complete forgiveness and release.
And it is also about forgiving yourself.
If you have had a difficult relationship with a parent, forgiving them does not mean you have to continue engaging with them.
But once you forgive them, remember to forgive yourself too.
Those can be deep wounds.
And you do not need to keep carrying deep wounds.
Honey also talks about releasing the layers of difficult lifetimes and healing what the soul has carried.
The more you heal, the faster you rise.

The More You Release, the Brighter You Become
If you are dealing with a shadow, you may feel darker.
You may feel weighed down.
As you release shadows and trauma from your body and from your soul, you begin to get brighter and brighter.
Your body, your mind, and your inner child begin to expand.
You begin breaking free from the cage of the distortions you have been carrying.

Ask What Part of You Needs to Heal

Honey encourages you to look inside and notice whether there is anything in your body that does not feel like it is working well right now.
Write down what you have been experiencing.
If a part of your body is struggling, ask yourself what that body part may correspond to.
Then ask:
What part of me got wounded and needs to heal?
Where is that coming from?
These are the questions Honey says are important to ask, whether you are doing your own work or working through a healing process.
Sometimes healing can take you through layers.
And some of those layers may be things you were not ready for before.
You Are the Healer

Honey emphasizes that you are the healer.
You can be guided through healing.
You can receive support.
You can work with different modalities.
But you are still the one choosing what you are going to heal.
Honey talks about healing the human soul, the inner child, and the genetic line.
The guidance can support you, but the healing is still something you participate in.
Break Free From the Distortions

One of the distortions Honey mentions is the belief:
“I’m small.”
But you are not small.
You do not have to believe that you need to stay that way.
You do not have to change the way you act just to fit in.
Honey’s message is that you are done doing that.
Right now, you are remembering who you are and uncovering what has been in the way of who you are.
Be Yourself

One of the biggest gifts you can give to the world is to be yourself.
Take the time to be yourself.
Express yourself in a way that is truly you.
You do not have to be harsh in order to do that.
You can express yourself in a kind way.
You can honor who you are.
You can be sovereign.
Sometimes it can be as simple as saying:
“It’s not for me.”
“I’m not going to do that today.”
If it feels like you have to be harsh, Honey suggests looking at whether there is still a wound with that person or whether they are triggering a wound.
That may be something else asking to be healed.
Your Healing Expands Outward

Honey’s message is that you are creating your own world and your own life.
And you are also creating a life that expands outward and affects the rest of the world.
As you expand, your consciousness expands too.
You begin radiating more of who you are.
And you deserve to be happy and enjoy your life as you move through it.
Take Time Every Day to Heal

The biggest thing is to heal within yourself.
Honey encourages you to take at least ten minutes each day and work on whatever needs your attention.
Sit with yourself.
Notice what is prevalent in your mind.
Notice what keeps coming up.
Notice what feels like it is almost screaming:
It is time to heal this.
You can do that work on your own, or you can receive support.
The important part is that you keep showing up for your own healing.
Break the Loop
Each time you break a pattern, you interrupt the old quantum loop.
Each time you forgive, release, heal, or choose a different habit, you begin to move differently.
You become more aware.
You become more yourself.
You become brighter.
And your frequency rises.
Heal what is asking to be healed.
Release what you no longer need.
Be yourself.
And keep moving forward.
