The Full Moon in Taurus is Here — Are You Ready for What Follows?
There is a lot moving right now.
You may be feeling it in the world around you.
You may be feeling it in your relationships.
You may be feeling it in your body.
And you may be looking at parts of your life that used to feel normal and suddenly realizing:
I don’t want to carry this anymore.
That is what this Taurus Full Moon feels like to me.
Kelly and I talked about this as a turning point.
Not necessarily because everything suddenly becomes peaceful or easy, but because so much of what has been sitting underneath the surface is finally coming up where you can see it.
And once you see it clearly, you get to decide whether it comes with you.
This is a release.
But it is also a beginning.
The Great Release

The Taurus Full Moon arrives opposite the Sun in Scorpio, and those two energies tell a very interesting story.
Taurus wants stability.
It wants something real.
It wants your feet on the ground.
It wants you inside your body, connected to the Earth and aware of what actually supports you.
Scorpio goes underneath everything.
It looks at what you hid.
What you avoided.
What you thought you were finished with.
What still has an emotional hook in you.
So you have one energy saying:
Come back into your body.
And another asking:
What are you still carrying inside it?
That is why this can feel intense.
You are not just letting go of random things.
You are clearing space for a different way of living.
You Cannot Take Everything With You

A lot of people are going through very big lessons right now.
Forgiveness.
Self-worth.
Boundaries.
Relationships.
Health.
Family patterns.
Old fears that seemed like they were gone and suddenly came back around one more time.
You may wonder why something has returned when you thought you already
healed it.
Sometimes it comes back because you are finally strong enough to see the rest of it.
Not everything that helped you survive an old version of your life belongs in the next version.
That includes behaviors.
Beliefs.
Relationships.
Habits.
Even identities.
You do not have to hate any of it.
You simply have to recognize when something is complete.
Taurus Wants You Back in Your Body

One of the things Kelly kept coming back to was embodiment.
And I think this is really important.
We can spend so much time trying to leave the body spiritually.
You meditate.
You explore other dimensions.
You connect to your higher self.
You work with energy.
You reach outward.
And all of that can be beautiful.
But you came here with a body.
You came here to experience this.
So part of this next stage is not floating farther away from yourself.
It is coming back in.
Pay attention to what your body is asking for.
More rest?
Different food?
Movement?
Quiet?
A doctor?
A different routine?
Less stimulation?
More time outside?
You do not need to make every physical experience into a spiritual message. If something feels wrong, persistent, or concerning, get the appropriate care.
But you also do not need to ignore your body until it is screaming.
Your body is part of your life here.
Respect it.
Scorpio Is Showing You What Is Underneath

Scorpio is the deep water.
And those deep waters can feel like your subconscious mind.
You may know what you think consciously.
But underneath that, there may still be fear.
Resentment.
Shame.
Anger.
Grief.
An old story about yourself.
An old story about somebody else.
Something you have been carrying since childhood.
Maybe even something that, within your spiritual understanding, feels much older than this lifetime.
The point is not to become obsessed with finding every wound you have ever had.
The point is to notice what is active now.
What keeps triggering you?
What are you still fighting with in your mind?
What situation keeps repeating?
What do you keep saying you are finished with, while continuing to give it your emotional energy?
That is where you look.
Step Back and Watch Yourself

Kelly shared something that I think is incredibly useful right now:
Learn how to become the witness to your own experience.
Instead of immediately reacting, watch.
Watch what your mind does.
Watch what happens in your body.
Watch how quickly you create a story around something.
Watch what happens when another person does not behave the way you expected.
You do not have to follow every thought.
You do not have to answer every trigger.
You do not have to explain yourself to everybody.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is notice:
Oh. I’m getting pulled into that again.
And then choose not to go.
That is how you begin breaking a loop.
Not Everybody Needs You to Fix Them

This is another big one.
Someone you love may be going through something difficult.
Your first instinct may be to help.
Fix it.
Explain it.
Make them understand.
Get them out of the discomfort.
But what if the experience is theirs?
You can love someone without taking over their lesson.
You can support someone without carrying their pain.
You can hold space without making their healing your responsibility.
Sometimes love looks like being there.
Sometimes it looks like bringing someone food.
Sometimes it looks like listening.
And sometimes it looks like stepping back and allowing another person to find their own way through.
Ask yourself:
What would actually serve love here?
Not fear.
Not guilt.
Not your need to rescue.
Love.
The Retrogrades Are Asking You to Review

There is a strong retrograde emphasis around this period, and symbolically, that asks you to go back over things.
Not because you are moving backward.
Because you are looking again with different eyes.
Mercury brings attention back to the mind.
What thoughts keep undermining you?
What stories are you repeating?
What are you consuming every day that keeps you emotionally activated?
Venus brings relationships, values, self-worth, beauty, money, and what you genuinely care about back into view.
Do your relationships still feel aligned?
Do you like the life you are building?
Do you actually value the things taking up most of your time?
Or have you simply been carrying them because they were already there?
Sometimes a retrograde period does not need another dramatic interpretation.
Sometimes it simply asks:
Look again.
Stop Feeding the Drama

There may be a tremendous amount happening outside of you.
News.
Politics.
Conflict.
People reacting.
People projecting.
People becoming increasingly emotional because their own material is surfacing.
You do not have to absorb all of it.
You can know what is happening without allowing it to become the dominant frequency inside you.
That is a choice.
When you notice yourself scrolling and becoming more fearful, angry, or hopeless, stop.
When you notice yourself rehearsing an argument with someone who is not even in the room, stop.
When you notice yourself thinking about everything that could go wrong, notice it.
You are allowed to redirect your attention.
Not because you are pretending the world does not exist.
Because your consciousness matters too.
Come Back to Your Heart

When the mind gets noisy, come back to the heart.
You may not have an intellectual answer for everything happening right now.
You do not need one.
Some things cannot be explained to another person when they are not ready to hear you anyway.
You do not have to win.
You do not have to convince.
You do not have to drag somebody into your understanding.
You can stay centered in yourself.
You can love them.
And you can let them have their experience.
That can be incredibly freeing.
Something Has to Give

There are moments in your life when you know something cannot continue the way it has been.
You feel it before you know what the replacement will be.
That is uncomfortable.
You may want the new thing fully formed before you release the old one.
But life does not always work that way.
Sometimes you have to clear the closet first.
That is the analogy Kelly and I ended up using.
Imagine deciding you are going to reorganize your entire closet.
At first, it looks worse.
Everything is on the bed.
There are clothes everywhere.
You find things you forgot you owned.
You discover things that no longer fit.
Some things need to be repaired.
Some things need to be donated.
And for a while, the room looks like complete chaos.
But that chaos does not mean the process is failing.
You had to deconstruct before you could reconstruct.
That is where a lot of people are right now.
Look at What You Forgot You Had

There is another side to cleaning the closet.
You may find something beautiful at the bottom.
Something you completely forgot about.
That can happen inside yourself too.
While clearing old patterns, you may rediscover a part of yourself that got buried.
A gift.
A creative desire.
An ability.
A dream.
Something that felt natural to you before life convinced you to stop doing it.
Not everything from the past needs to be thrown away.
Some things need to be remembered.
Ask yourself:
What part of me is coming back now?
Release What Steals Your Peace
Taurus is deeply connected to peace, stability, values, and what feels solid beneath your feet.
So look at your life honestly.
What continually steals your peace?
A person?
A place?
A habit?
Something you keep consuming?
A financial pattern?
A belief about yourself?
A responsibility you agreed to years ago and no longer know why you are carrying?
You do not need to burn your life down overnight.
But you do need to stop pretending something feels good when it does not.
You already know more than you think you do.
Your Values Are Changing
One of the most interesting parts of transformation is how quietly your preferences begin to change.
You may notice that you no longer like the same clothes.
The same environments.
The same food.
The same conversations.
The same entertainment.
The same relationships.
It is not necessarily because those things became bad.
You changed.
Kelly talked about going through her own closet and realizing that some things simply did not feel like what she wanted to wear anymore.
That sounds small.
But it is not.
Your outer choices often begin reflecting an internal shift.
You start asking:
Does this actually feel like me now?
That question can change your entire life.
The Way You Care for Your Body Is Part of the Shift

Kelly and I also talked about health and the idea of future healing technologies.
But even if something extraordinary becomes available tomorrow, that does not remove your relationship with your own body.
You cannot outsource all of your care.
You still have choices.
How you eat.
How you sleep.
How you move.
How you speak to yourself.
What you put on your body.
What you repeatedly expose yourself to.
What habits you keep even though you know they are not supporting you.
Healing technology may support you.
A practitioner may support you.
Supplements may support you.
But eventually you still come back to the same place:
How are you living?
That is the part only you can answer.
Let Your Life Become More Natural

I have been thinking a lot about natural materials, quality, food, and the things we bring into our physical environment.
You may notice yourself becoming more sensitive.
Not just emotionally.
Physically.
You may prefer natural fabrics.
Simpler foods.
Cleaner environments.
More time outside.
Things that feel alive rather than synthetic.
You do not have to transform everything in one day.
Just keep updating.
One choice at a time.
Your life does not need to become perfect.
It just needs to become more aligned with what you actually know now.
Find the Joy Again
This Full Moon is not only about release.
That is important.
If you focus only on what you are losing, you miss the reason you are releasing it.
You are making room.
For joy.
For peace.
For relationships where you can relax and actually be yourself.
For creativity.
For a body you feel more connected to.
For a life that feels less like something you endure and more like something you participate in.
You do not clear out the closet because you love empty closets.
You clear it because you want room for what actually belongs there.
The New Earth Is Not Built Somewhere Else

Kelly talked about the imagery around this Full Moon feeling very connected to community.
People helping one another.
Neighborliness.
A new way of living together.
And I think that matters.
The New Earth is not just somewhere you magically arrive one day.
You begin creating it through how you live now.
How you treat yourself.
How you treat other people.
How you handle conflict.
Whether you continue feeding fear.
Whether you learn to hold space instead of controlling.
Whether you choose relationships built on mutual respect instead of dependency.
Whether you care for the body you chose to be here in.
The new reality grows through you.
Are You Ready for What Follows?

That is the real question of this Full Moon.
Not:
What is going to happen to me?
But:
What am I ready to stop carrying?
What are you ready to release?
What are you ready to see clearly?
What are you willing to change?
What do you want your life to feel like when this clearing is complete?
Because something is already blossoming.
You may only see the bud right now.
And yes, the process around it may look messy.
Let it.
Clean the closet.
Change the habit.
Forgive the person.
Hold the boundary.
Listen to your body.
Come back into yourself.
Keep what is beautiful.
Release what is complete.
You are not being asked to go backward.
You are being asked to become available for what is next.
Walk away from what no longer honors you.
Come back to what is true.
And remember:
On the other side of what feels difficult right now, there may be something far more beautiful waiting to bloom.
