The Full Blue Moon Nobody Saw Coming: A Gentle Shift Into the Gold

Have you been feeling a little different lately?

Maybe the usual things feel boring. Maybe your body wants more rest. Maybe your mind feels full, but your heart is asking for quiet.

You are not alone.

In this week’s conversation, Honey and Kelley talked about the Full Blue Moon, a moon they described as small but mighty. This moon is called a Blue Moon because it is the second full moon in the same month.

It is also being called a mini moon because the moon is farther away from Earth, so it may look smaller than usual.

But even if it looks smaller, the energy around it feels very strong.

This Full Blue Moon is not only about what is happening in the sky. It is also about what is happening inside us.

From Blue Energy to Golden Energy

Fantasy split blue-gold scene with woman between moonlit stairs and radiant city; text: From Blue Energy to Golden Energy.

Honey shared that before this moon, a new blue energy came in. It felt like an electric blue ocean with stairs that helped us move over a wall.

Now, many are beginning to move into a golden energy. This gold feels calm, soft, and full of light. It feels connected to the Golden Age energy, a new vibration opening for the collective.

Some people may still feel like they are on the blue stairway. Others may feel like they are already arriving in the gold.

Wherever you are, honor your own timing.

The new energy is gentle, but it is also clear. It is helping us see what we can no longer carry.

Old patterns, old fears, and old ways of reacting may come up so they can finally be released.

Gemini and Sagittarius: Finding the Balance

Kelley explained that this Full Blue Moon happens with the Sun in Gemini and the Moon in Sagittarius.

Gemini is curious. It likes ideas, questions, movement, and variety. But Gemini can also get distracted or bored easily.

Sagittarius is different. Sagittarius wants direction. It looks for truth, purpose, and the bigger picture. It is like the archer aiming its arrow toward a target.

This moon asks us to use both.

We do not need to rush to the finish line. We also do not need to get lost in every distraction.

We can enjoy the journey and still remember where our soul is leading us.

This is also a time for discernment. There is so much noise in the world, so many opinions, stories, and messages. But not everything deserves our energy.

Ask yourself:

  • What feels true?

  • What feels heavy?

  • What helps me feel clear?

  • What pulls me away from peace?

The mind may ask many questions, but the heart often knows the way.

When Emotions Feel Strong, Come Back to the Body

Kelley also talked about Pluto and Mars, an energy that can feel activating or triggering.

This may show up as strong emotions, frustration, tension, or the feeling that things are moving fast.

When this happens, the message is simple: ground yourself.

Go outside. Take a walk. Breathe fresh air. Touch the Earth. Move your body gently.

Let your system settle before you react.

This moon is teaching us how to use our power in a better way.

Real power is not always loud. Sometimes real power is pausing before speaking.

Sometimes it is choosing peace instead of being pulled into conflict.

Sometimes it is stepping back so you can see the bigger picture.

Sedna and the Deep Inner Waters

One of the deeper themes in the conversation was Sedna.

Kelley shared Sedna as a goddess connected with the Arctic Sea, deep waters, old pain, and what has been hidden beneath the surface.

She also explained that Uranus, the awakener, has met with Sedna, which can bring deep things up to be seen.

This may be why many people are feeling old emotions, memories, or patterns rising right now.

But this is not something to fear.

Sometimes things rise because they are ready to heal.

Honey connected this to deep consciousness, like going into the ocean within ourselves. What we find there may surprise us. But it can also hold gifts.

When we let go of what has been hidden or heavy, we make more room for our true self to come forward.

Letting Go of What Cannot Come With You

Woman walks glowing path between blue night and golden sunrise; text reads Letting Go of What Cannot Come With You, Honey Golden.

Kelley used the picture of moving houses. When you move, you cannot bring everything with you.

Some things have memories. Some things are hard to release. Some things remind you of who you used to be.

But the new chapter may not have space for everything from the old one.

This Full Blue Moon asks us to gently notice what cannot come with us anymore.

Maybe it is an old story.

Maybe it is a fear.

Maybe it is a habit of overthinking.

Maybe it is the need to control everything.

Letting go can feel tender. But it can also bring freedom.

Rest, Listen, and Trust the Heart

Near the end of the conversation, Honey and Kelley reminded everyone to rest.

More sleep may be needed. More quiet may be needed.

Some people may not feel their best because the body is releasing old programming.

So take care of yourself.

Rest without guilt.

Drink water.

Spend time in nature.

Let your body speak.

Let your heart lead.

This Full Blue Moon is a collective shift, but it is also deeply personal.

A whole new something has opened.

The gold is here.

And the invitation is simple:

Do not be afraid to go within.

Listen to the heart.

Trust the body.

Release what feels heavy.

And allow yourself to move gently into what is next.
